Paint Your Pet Workshop

10/19/2021 - 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Learn how to paint a custom portrait of your furry buddy!

No painting experience needed, our in-house artists will teach you paint mixing and texture techniques to get your pet’s fur and features just right. You choose your own background color. After only a few hours, you will have a customized portrait of your furry family member, ready to hang!

How it works: Guests will simply send a photo of their pet to jacksonville@pinspiration.com by October 16th. When you arrive the day of the workshop, you’ll receive a 12 x 16  inch canvas and template of your pet. All materials are provided! Please arrive a few minutes early to grab your drink (wine, beer or soda). $55 ticket includes your first drink, the drawing of your pet, canvas, and all art supplies. The $20 deposit will be applied to your total. Additional drinks available a la carte.

*Only ONE pet per sign-up*

There is a maximum of 12 spots available and the deadline to register is end of day October 16th (to allow enough time for portrait prep). Register soon to reserve your space!

We want you to feel comfortable when visiting Pinspiration. We will be limiting the class to 12 guests to allow for distancing, and have continued to follow strict sanitation protocols within our studio. All guests will be temperature checked and will be asked to sanitize upon entry.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the personalized nature of the class, there will be no deposit refunds/store credit for any cancellations AFTER October 16th when the pre-sketching and template printing has begun. A store credit option will be available to anyone who cancels BEFORE October 16th.

Your pet photo should showcase your animal and reflect unobstructed views of your pet.

Here are some tips for success:

  1. a) 1 pet per person/per photo
  2. b) Highest resolution possible
  3. c) Pet is clear and in the foreground with no furniture, objects, grass, etc. blocking any body parts
  4. d) Pet is centered in the photo either FULL BODY or HEAD SHOT, with no cropped off parts.
  5. e) Our best advice is to take a photo of your pet with the best camera you have outside during the day, under a shaded area (like your front porch, back patio, or inside near a window).
