Family Authentic Italian Cooking Class – Ravioli

Join us for a family cooking class! Bring the family, roll up your sleeves and learn the art of crafting your own HOMEMADE RAVIOLI in different sizes and shapes. From tortellini to ravioli and mezzelune, we will learn to blend the flour and egg in the traditional Italian way, knead the dough and shape our pasta.
We will be eating our own creation together, so come hungry!
Native Italian, Diana Testa owner of Italian cooking lessons, will share her passion and culture with you while teaching you how to make authentic pasta. The simplest and best ingredients together with the love for ITALY will make you feel like you were in Italy for one day!
Menu:
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli in Butter and Sage
Mascarpone, ricotta, walnuts Tortellini in Gorgonzola Sauce
Mezzelune cacio e pepe in brown butter
Ticket price includes all supplies, ingredients, meal, and choice of one glass of wine or beer per adult/kiddie cocktail per child. Recommended for Ages 6 and up. Beginners welcome!
We want you to feel comfortable when visiting Pinspiration. We limit our classes to allow for distancing, and continue to follow strict sanitation protocols within our studio. All guests will be temperature checked and will be asked to sanitize upon entry.
